The max margin is based on using Consignment, Standard and Core support.
For PCP choose "Core & Flex" - making sure the deferred option isn't there by default (this'll give the customers 3 months off but increase the payment)
For Just Add Fuel chose "Core & Flex Just Add Fuel". Again making sure the deferred option isn't selected.
